Blood --the specialized bodily fluid that delivers necessary substances to cells ( nutrients and oxygen ) and transports waste products away from those same cells…. An average adult has about five liters of blood.
The discovery of human blood groups was done by Austrian scientist Dr. Karl Landsteiner in 1901. He won the Nobel Prize for his discovery. He divided the blood group into four categories as A, B, AB, O . It is clear from the discovery that two distinct chemical molecules called antigens and antibodies were present on the surface of the red blood cells. To learn more about human blood types he worked with Rhesus monkeys as there remain many similarities between the two species. It was discovered that these monkeys had a certain protein called the Rh protein. Some people have this protein and are called Rh +ve and others do not possesses the protein they are Rh – ve. The Rh type is especially important in Pregnancy.
After several research on blood types, a Japanese institute of research comes to the conclusion that---------- there are certain personality traits that seem to match up with certain blood types.
