Health tips



Health tips ---We all know these , but we won’t follow . So lets have a quick look. 


1.   Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
2.   Do not take pills with COOL water.
3.   Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
4.   Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
5.   Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
6.   Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning. 
7. Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.

  2. Thanks...i have tried to make it useful to the viewers...actually...we are suffering from diseases not because we don't know the health measures but a lot on we don't have the patience to follow these .....in our hurry life....
